Written by John Allsopp on the 11th of October 2008.
The first lot of Scroll magazines has now been shipped round the world. Already, folks in 11 countries have been sent a copy. Be the first in your neighbourhood to get a copy! Here’s where Scroll has been sent already.

Ok, I want one, matter of fact, I need one.
But I don’t have this fancy thing called Paypal so how can I buy one?
Great stuff, by the way, congrats!

Got mine in the mail today. Very nicely done - congrats to all. Here’s to many, many more. I was pleasantly surprised to see no advertising. Wondering if you’ll be able to keep this up - or at least keep it minimal?
Looking forward to #2!

Hi Alex,
you can buy at paypal with a credit card, no need to have a paypal account ;-)

Hi Andy,
thanks so much. Wow, Australia to California in about 48 hours. Amazing!
Ongoing, some kind of advertising support is likely to be necessary to make Scroll viable. But like everything with Scroll, we want to explore novel ways of doing that. One thing is for sure - like our conferences, there’ll always be 100% separation of content and advertising.

Well, it was California to California in 48 hours. My copy shipped from MagCloud in Palo Alto - a 3 hour drive to my home in Sacramento =)

Ahhh Andy,
I was a bit worried that it took so little - I could barely get there in 48 hours ;-)
Glad the Magcloud copies look great

Just ordered mine, does this mean I get to be the first pin in Scotland? :)
Written by Guy Leech on the 31st of October 2008.
Aaron,
There’s a pin for the UK, but I’ve added one for Scotland too (it’s not part of the UK, right?).

I ordered my copy yesterday, how long will it take for the next set of copies to ship. I live in India.

If you ordered through MagCloud, it should be shipped within a day, but I imagine it will still take a little time to get to you.
If you’ve ordered one of the first edition ones, it might take us a few days to get it sent out. But hopefully you’ll have a copy within a week.

Scotland is part of the UK, but *shush* don’t tell anyone! ;)

I just got my copy of “Scroll Magazine”, it looks cool.
Can you add a marker over Chennai, India in the Map :)
Written by Guy Leech on the 13th of November 2008.
Arron: I know, but you deserve your own marker anyway ;-)
Samuel: I’m sorry it took a while, but I hope it was worth the wait. I’ve also added your very own marker to the map, enjoy!
